GBJR Energy Assessor is a small friendly company that has been set up exclusively to provide you Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) that are required for the sale of your home and the rental of domestic properties. It also offers the service of assisting you in creating a Home Information Pack (HIP) or to provide the complete HIP prior to you marketing your property for sale.
GBJR Energy Assessor was set up and is run solely by Gareth Roberts. Gareth has been qualified to the ABBE standards in Domestic Energy Assessors and holds a diploma in domestic energy assessment (DipDEA). He has been fully CRB checked and is fully accredited and insured through the NHER scheme.
Throughout this website you will be able to find simple and useful hints and tips to help you reduce the energy consumption at your property and in turn help you reduce your own carbon footprint. There are properties that have been assessed under the case studies section to allow you to see what savings can be made on energy bills and on energy consumption (c02 output).
